3. What do I get when I purchase an ad in a ballet company’s magazine?
When you purchase an ad, your placement appears in ALL performance magazines for your selected ballet company throughout their ENTIRE season. This ensures maximum exposure across multiple performances and productions.

4. What shows are included in a season?
Each ballet company’s season varies, but a full-season ad includes every magazine published for all productions that year, from opening night through the final performance. Season details for each company can be found on our platform.

5. Is your pricing fixed?
Yes! And here’s why:

Pricing & Payment

9. How much does it cost to advertise?
Pricing varies by ballet company, ad size, and placement. All pricing details are available on the self-serve platform when selecting your options.

10. Do I have to pay in full at checkout?
Yes, all ad purchases are billed in full at the time of checkout.

11. Can I make payments?
Yes! Choose Shop Pay at checkout to set up payment installments.

12. Are there multiple rates?
Yes! The best deal is a two-season buy, which includes 25% off your total purchase.

13. Are there any other perks to buying a full season of ads with a company?
Yes! With a season-long ad purchase, you will also receive a pair of season tickets to your chosen ballet company. These can be used by you, your family, friends, or clients.


Ad Submission & Design

14. What is the ad submission process?
After purchasing your ad, you will receive an email with specifications, deadlines, and instructions on where to upload your artwork. All ads should be submitted through our advertiser portal or emailed to adteam@enfacemagazine.com.

15. Will I be reminded when ads are due?
YES! We have an automated system that will alert you 10 days before the material deadline, ensuring you have enough time to submit your ad.

16. Will my ad appear in the specific ballet production shown in the images on the product page?
The images on our product pages are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect the exact productions or covers of the magazines in which your ad will appear. Your ad will be placed in the performance magazines for the ballet company you select, but the specific productions featured in those magazines will vary based on the company's season programming.

17. Can I switch my ad for each magazine of a season?
Yes! You may submit a different ad for each performance magazine, as long as it follows the submission process and deadlines provided after checkout.

18. How do I find out the dimensions of an ad?
Ad dimensions, specifications, and deadlines are available on the site and will also be emailed to you after purchase. Dimensions can also be found on this website under the "Sizes & Specs" tab in the main menu.

19. What file formats do you accept?
We accept high-resolution PDF, PNG, and JPG files.

20. Can I make changes to my ad after submission?
Ad changes are not permitted after the Material Due Date. Please review your ad carefully before submitting.

21. Does En Face offer ad design services?
Yes! If you need ad design assistance, we offer FREE creative services. Contact adteam@enfacemagazine.com for details.


Publication & Performance Details

22. When will my ad appear in the magazines?
Your ad will be published in every performance magazine for your selected ballet company throughout the entire season. Each company's season schedule is available on our platform.

23. Will I receive a proof before my ad is printed?
No individual proofs are sent, but all ads are reviewed for quality before publication.

24. How can I see my ad once it's published?
We can provide a tear sheet or digital copy of the magazine upon request.


Cancellations & Refunds

25. Can I cancel my ad purchase?
Ads may be canceled up to 30 days before the first publication date, with a 50% cancellation fee. Ads canceled less than 30 days before publication are non-refundable.

26. What happens if I miss the ad submission deadline?
If artwork is not received by the Material Due Date, En Face reserves the right to run a previous ad (if applicable) or forfeit the placement without refund.
